Not the start I was expecting

Welcome to my monthly updates! I hope you can learn a little bit more about the work that I am doing while I study at Antioch University Seattle.

Next Steps:

Well the start of my third year didn’t quite go the way I had planned it… a lot of things happened that I was not prepared for in any sort of a way.

Personal Life:
So I had the opportunity to spend time with my cousin in Seattle. WE went hiking and camping in places like Olympic Park and Mt. Rainier. Mt. Rainier was tough, and I was not in prepared or in shape for this hike compared to my hike in Machu Pichuu. The radar said the weather was going to be good, but it ended up being supre foggy and 32 degrees at the base of our hike. My hair ended up frosting, and I started getting hypothermic, so I had to call it quits on that hike sadly.

So a few streets away from school I encountered the downstairs neighbor that was trying to kill my nextdoor neighbor. It was stressful knowing she was nearby, but thankfully we don’t live in the same building anymore.

For those who don’t know my mom has been having some difficulties with her health and dealing with my own health challenges, I decided to move down to Los Angeles with my siblings for the year to focus on my mental and physical health and maybe return after taking FMLA from school for a year, which I was granted by my program.

Antioch University Seattle:
Taking FMLA – resigned from any externship/practicum sites and roles that I was in.
