Welcome to my monthly updates! I hope you can learn a little bit more about the work that I am doing while I study at Antioch University Seattle.

Next Steps:
Well a lot has happened since June, so time for an update!
Personal Life:
So I still have a little bit of trauma from the emergency situation, but as of the first week of August everything has been solved! I mentioned this on Facebook, but I ended up having to switch my name on my social media for safety reasons prior to the court case. If you want to hear more details about my “fun situation” feel free to message me so we can coordinate a phone call or zoom call.
I sadly will not be able to do martial art classes like I wanted to, but I am trying to save up for a down payment on a car. My 3rd year in the program, taking the bus or train to pre-internship site will take like 2 hours or more in some cases, so I plan to drive so I can get places a lot quicker and safer.
Some of my projects are behind but I am already on a lot of other projects! So make sure to read down below for more details!
Antioch University Seattle:
I cannot believe how much easier the 4th quarter of my Doctorate is in comparison to the 3rd one. It feels like a breath of fresh air, right before I start seeing clients in the Fall. Thankfully we do not have any papers this quarter! We have a lot of exams, quizzes, and reports to do, which is a lot better in my opinion.
So super good news! I chose my chair for my dissertation committee! I am super excited to work with this professor, since they constantly keep me accountable for my work in the research lab and they often challenge me with questions that do not have an easy answer. So I’m super excited to think about my 2nd and 3rd chairs! I will update you when I have finalized my committee and decided on a topic!
Since I had a lot more time and room to breathe this quarter, I joined a second research lab that is focused on Trauma. I am not quite sure how long I will stay with this lab, but I am excited to learn more!
I am currently considering doing a Master’s in Clinical Psychopharmacology. It would give me the opportunity to work as a Psychologist with Prescriptive Authority in six different states. We are still waiting on Washington to pass the law for our state, but I am considering moving to Colorado once I am licensed?!
Special Projects:
San Tiego Photos – I posted some new photos and changed the name due to the emergency situation in my apartment building.
BachStreetBoi – I opened up my art store, I have been posting videos on YouTube and Tik Tok. I have also been streaming on both Kick and Twitch.
AnxieTea Podcast – The third episode is still delayed. I hope I can record this episode in the next couple of weeks.
Instructions Unclear – Delayed till post-grad.
The PsyDream Vlog – I have not had time to record episodes, but promise to start that work soon.
Cycologist – I finished my volunteer hours but have not been delivering food lately since I have been busy with my two jobs right now.
